If you have any special requirements for you order or your order is urgent please call us 01787 883883 to confirm stock and delivery times.

We will endeavour to dispatch all orders within 3-7 working days , subject to availability of stock. The customer will be notified of any delays accordingly and may request a refund within 24hrs of notification.

All orders are dispatched from Fre-Quent.co.uk by courier or Royal Mail and a signature is required upon receipt.

Our UK postage charges are based on weight as follows:

• upto 250g = £4.50
• upto 750g = £5.55
• upto 1kg = £6.20
• upto 2Kg = £9.00
• upto 15kg = £9.99
• over 15kg = £9.99 + 50p per kg

For non UK orders please contact us detailing items required, quantity and delivery address and we will get back to you with a delivery cost.
